Between 14:15 and 16:00 September, 20 UTC, some customers from US EAST had issues accessing Confluence; creating, editing and copying pages; performing other Confluence actions. These issues were fixed and services are operating normally.

We are investigating an issue with degraded experience in the US EAST region - it is impacting Confluence Cloud functionalities like logging in, viewing and editing pages; access content, etc. We will provide more details within the next hour.
