Identified - We are investigating an issue with email notifications not being delivered due to issues with third-party mail providers that are impacting some Confluence Cloud customers. We have identified the root cause and are working towards a resolution.

Resolved - Between 16:30 UTC to 19:30 UTC, some customers experienced notification delays/failures for Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. The root cause was an AWS issue that caused our notification services to fail intermittently. This issue has been resolved.

Resolved - Between 14:15 and 16:00 September, 20 UTC, some customers from US EAST had issues accessing Confluence; creating, editing and copying pages; performing other Confluence actions. These issues were fixed and services are operating normally.
