Update - We are currently aware of an issue impacting users of iOS devices where pages will present a 403 error to the user if IP Allowlist and a Mobile App policy with Allow access from any IP address are configured. A fix has been submitted to the AppStore for review and is expected to become available before the end of this week to resolve this issue. Users can use a mobile device running the Android operating system as a workaround to this problem until the release is available.

We have deployed a fix to mitigate the issue and have verified that the services have recovered. The conditions that cause the bug have been addressed and we're actively working on a permanent fix. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

On February 13, 2025, between 21:47 UTC and 22:15 UTC, some customers for Confluence Cloud in the Asia Pacific region experienced degraded performance and 500 errors. The issue was caused by a sudden surge in traffic and was resolved within 28 minutes.
